Complete weekly food journals, practice ‘mindful' eating, include daily movement and set short and long term goals.
Follow-up Sessions (60 min)

Recommend, as needed, supplements and/or laboratory testing.
Gain knowledge and skills to put into practice a lifestyle of healthy eating behaviors, daily movement and stress management.
Most of the time, returning to a wholesome way of eating, removing processed and inflammatory foods, healing the gut and learning to shift behaviors – is all you may need.
Supportive family members or welcome to join in sessions.
Collaborating with other Health Care Practitioners will ensue ongoing support.
